[Paper]Southwest Airlines' Schedule Request My favorite airline - Southwest Airlines is fast and reliable, and they keep their schedule online. Plus, they have the best customer service.

My personal advice: never fly United! My Scribe was delayed on 85% of the flights he purchased from them between 1998 and 2001. The airline's service became so poor that passengers are obliged to pay 20% more for a refundable ticket - a ticket that the airline will actually honor. He reported everything from faulty aircraft to a refusal to credit frequent flyer miles to massive overbooking.

On July 1, 2000, he and 21 other people holding boarding passes were turned away from an overbooked flight. Of course, that was nothing considering what they did to David Dao.

In 2002, United cut 20,000 jobs and raised the CEO's salary from $845,000/year to $950,000/year.

The last time my Scribe was obliged to wait for hours because United didn't honor the tickets he and hundreds of other passengers had bought, he and his friends invented the following suggestions for a new toll-free number for the airline:
